Reporting a problem

One detail of our model gets in the way of support, and it is only fair to say so: since your image never reaches us, we have no way to open your file and investigate. We can only reproduce the problem from your description. It helps a lot to include:

• the page you were using (the full address);
• the browser and the device (for example: Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone);
• the file format and approximate size (an 8 MB JPG, an iPhone HEIC, a 200 KB PNG);
• what you expected and what happened — including the error message, if one appeared.

Don't attach the image: the form doesn't accept files, precisely because the site doesn't work with uploads.
